Pension Fund Nightmare

ABSA has been holding onto my pension money from January 2018 till date. My pension fund transfer has been a process held up by ABSA since I left to previous employer and this process was supposed to be finalized in January 2018. In the last 11 months, I have made continuous contact with ABSA, via email (which I never get a response to) and tellephone (which never gets answered) and been sent from piller to post. My pension fund is being withheld and probably not growing in investment value of which I will not benefit from. ABSA has the worst service ever and they take no responsibility whatsoever.
