Pending Bond application withdrawn without reason or notice

Application Number ; *** app**** for a further bond and was assisted by Noreah. She did a follow up in collecting all the documents and then advised my application was assigned to an advisor : Mokgadi Kgagamedi. That was the 20th April. It's the 4th of May and when I called I was told the application was withdrawn. No one bothered to call me and the reason for that are not clear. I have always had good service from Absa, this is the first. I have pending projects waiting on the amount I app**** for. If Absa cant help me, they should let me know so I can go with an alternative bank that was offering me the same rate I am paying for the amount I require. I just didnt want the hassle of doing the registration with another bank
