Peggy eastgate branch *****/ sue

A Flippen useless bank that I will expose from the hire up. A lady named Peggy in the Absa branch at Eastgate mall made my mom cry for 4 months telling us to gather required documents and today she told my mother to never enter the bank again. this Peggy lady has done ***** by taking out money from my dads account. last week there was money and this week, the money was withdrawn. even the branch manager refused to help us for 4 months now, the ***** that's going on there shows that they hire people with lack of empathy and understanding. they have no information of the law instead they have experience in watching TikTok all day and being disrespectful to a woman in mourning of her late husband, who is depressed and stressed. further more I am disgusted and very angry at this point that my mother who has a letter of authority has been denied access to my dads account, *** is a letter of authority if its not allowed to be used in the Absa bank Especially Eastgate. i have made means by writing to the ombudsman and have taken this matter for further investigation to the reserve bank and we will see what its like to be unemployed and to be knowledgeable in similar cases like this. I will also sue for emotional and verbal abuse that this Peggy lady be debarred for using personal information for her sole benefit. this will not end because the whole news outlet will know about the ***** you guys are trying to cover up, my mother tried committing suicide of how she was treated and told that she must never come back to the branch again. she's been suffering in pain and that was not visible to this lady Peggy, a recording will be published because I will not let this go mark my words you assholes
