pealr from absa promised to call me back but never

I went to absa gezina branch trying to request an autocapitalization on the loan account I have, I was helped by pearl who promised to call me back to tell me if the system has finilised the auto capitalization. she never did, I have called absa gezina branch for the fith time and each time im told she is busy I should leave my details, however she never calls back. this is very bad service I received from absa.
