Payshap Refund
Absa Payshap
The most useless thing happened on the 28th February 2025 with my pay shap. I tried to send 2 pay shap of R400 to Nedbank apparently the Absa Bank had a glitch on the theirs side, the money deducted on my account but recipients never received payment and my problem is waiting 14 days for a refund even though I logged in a call and got a Case number.... It's now passed 14 working days and my refund is nowhere to be found.
Absa I've been your client from 2002 your service taste very bad on my lips now!
I even send a complaints email but you know what two birds of the same flock fly together...
I am told when I phoned them today that your Consultant Ashante is off duty today and she cannot be reached, iam considering moving to another bank where people are not busy for me...
