PAYSHAP donw
Payshap payment option has been down since last week. Funds not returned back into account, so monies are unpaid and it's just hanging. Please can you sort this out as soon as possible, as the account holder of the payment is ready to throw a tantrum at their nearest branch. Emailed the complaints line but we need to know WHEN IT WILL BE RESOLVED and please don't keep clients waiting on the line for hours on end... SERVICE REQUIRES MORE IMPROVMENT PLEASE.
