Payshap, Absa, and Nedbank not giving my funds

Been waiting for a payment made from Nedbank to Absa using payshap from the 17th July 2023, almost a month, Nedbank keeps saying to contact Absa, and Absa keeps saying to contact Nedbank, and being bounced around like this for nearly a month, as for as I am concerned my funds have been ****** because neither bank is wanting to help, totally unacceptable
