Payout amount

Hi<br> <br> I have sent my claim documents and called Absa Provident fund for payout amount but no one is telling me that ,<br> I don't understand why the system doesn't show the amount of the funds ,<br> It seems as like there is no transparency on the system as call center saying i must wait until they finish <br> i want to make a decision for the payout amount if i can defer it or preserve it ,<br> I have called several times and no one is telling me anything<br> Their call center is not help full and always not showing interest in helping<br> The company that i worked for is no more and i can't get my benefits statement,<br> I left the money sometime ago ,i can't remember the last contribution or wither the start date of contribution,<br> But in my understanding the system should tell all this stuff ,<br> I'm very frustrated as i don't know who to assist me ,<br> I really need some help in this regards<br> I'm tired of not knowing what is happening or anything
