payments missing

I made a IIP payment on the 17/04/16 to an FNB account and again 18/04/16 for R5000.00 to NEdbank; 19/04/16 for R25000.00 also nedbank all these transactions reflect on the my account as successful but the recipients have not received anything and they say there are no holds on the recipients accounts, I Have requested transactional statements from the 2 recipients and no money is reflecting from my account. I called yesterday with no help and went to the branch this morning, nothing was resolved. Absa is charging me for the IPP payments and still money dont reflect immediate as promised. both these payments are missing, i would like absa to plz explain this to me and also Reverse both these payments as i have paid the recipient cash deposit.<br> <br>
