Payments Made but still handed over to Legal Recoveries. No care in the world.

I was with Debt Counsellors, due to financial Implications. This year, I lost my job due to the contract where I worked has ended and the position was closed. So, arrangements were made via the Debt Counsellors and ABSA Vehicle Finance for me to pay an amount over as per agreement. After the three months period, I still didn't have a work position whereby I contacted the Debt Counsellors, made a new Police Affidavit and sent it though. I made every month a follow up, whereby the Debt Councellors confirmed that they did not receive any confirmation from ABSA. So, I still make the payments as per the 1st agreement. Then last month I start to receive sms's confirming that I will be handed over to Legal. I contact the Debt Counsellors, and could assist me anymore. I contacted ABSA, were they told me that they didn't receive any emails from the Debt Counsellors. But the Debt Counsellors showed me the email that they have send. ABSA wanted 2 months full payment to be made before September 2025. Where I told them I am still unemployed, but I can still make the payment as per agreed on. (whereby I was still paying) And I was refused. Then Monday I didn't hear from either ABSA, or my Debt Counsellors with regards to my urgent matter. So, I start calling. Call Centre @ *** are they can't help me and was unfriendly. (typical South African service Standard) So I called ABSA Branch and was told that I can still pay the amount due to affordability. So, I made the payment. ABSA @ *** called me, and I told her my situation, and that I did make the payment as to what I can afford. And it was left like that. No further assistance, or whatsoever. So today I received an sms, confirming I was handed over to Legal Recovery Department. I am so annoyed. I am paying every month, as to the agreement between ABSA and the Debt Counsellors. and continued to make payment (as to what I can afford) no care in the world.
