Payment through card without Mastercard OTP

I'm still waiting for someone to come back to me. I lodged an issue about 48 hours ago ref no: ********** 9, where a payment went through my card without an OTP for the incorrect amount. You phone me when R82 goes off as potential ***** but not for payments in the thousands. Please contact me so we can get it sorted out without all the run around.

Thank you for getting in touch. Please can you make it that everyone knows that retailers have the option to opt out of using Masterpass, I didn't know that and will be more careful in future.
