Payment Reversal

I don't even want to also give them that one star. there is absolutely never assistance from consultants. I have been trying to get a payment reversed since Saturday, and I have received no assistance, no call, no nothing. it also doesn't help that the banking app is completely useless and the chat wallet and Abby are just as useless.

Then eventually if they even care to call or email me to either say they can't assist or 30 days again. To think I am a new client, what a waste of my energy this bank I swear
