Payment relief disaster

I am so very disappointed in the current way that ABSA bank has been dealing with me. In March SMS, where sent for customers to apply for relief if need be. I app**** and accepted for my credit card,without usage on my card i noticed the amount due was being deducted from within my account on the funds available, which increased my overall debt and decreased my credit available yet a credit note is passed every month. i have visited branches and spoken to call center agents, whom don't help and calls are transferred continuously till the call is dropped on me. This morning alone i spent over 45 mins on the line from agent to department to agents to a cut call. i haven't used my card, my account is debited to increase my overall amount owed to the company and i cannot get an help. Guess the slogan "Today, tomorrow, together" was the battle we will have to get things fixed. looks like my "Africanacity" brought me to this platform. and probably make me go further if not assited
