Payment relief application ignored
I app**** for payment relief for the lockdown by the beginning of month in April, everytime I try to follow-up on my request consultants hang up on me or just say they escalated the matter to the manager Even today I haven't received any feedback and now my account is arrears cause of my salary cut for April
