Payment Relief

Good day

This is my second complaint around the Payment relief which was offered. Lebogang assisted me so well and thank you to you. However, I was still receiving calls for my VMSA account to be corrected. Then I called and the consultant stated that even though payment relief was granted, I was still supposed to be making monthly payments for the interest. I asked him at what point was this communicated to the clients and his response was he doesn't know but this is how it works. So, after this "payment relief" I'm supposed to be paying 3 months worth of interest in one go. I draw specific attention to the following paragraph noted on the absa page for payment relief: The Payment Relief Plan incorporates a three-month payment relief and allows customers in need of short-term financial relief to reduce their monthly instalments, amongst others. It also means that customers won’t pay back any capital or interest for three months.

Kindly please advise on the above statement as well as to what the consultant advised. The payment relief then doesn't make sense at all.
