Payment relief
I app**** for the so-called payment relief that ABSA offers yet finance charges are being deducted from my credit card account and from my cheque account. This is disgusting and misleading. I had to make provisions for the month as I wasn't paid in full by my company due to the COVID-19 pandemic. ABSA do not ***** funds from your clients that are going through a financial crisis at this moment in time.
I want all the money back that you took through the finance charges.
I am done with you ABSA!!
