Payment not received by Absa Debt collector
Good Day
This account was handed over to Delberg Debt Collectors. I have made a payment but yet they have no record of payment. Please confirm if payment was received or not? They gave the direct banking details for Absa recoveries apparently. I have forwarded the proof of payment three times but still they tell me that they cannot find it!
