Payment issues
So this month my vehicle installment did not go off. A few days later I decided to pay it EFT. The very next day Absa calls me saying my account is in arrears. I tell her I made an EFT payment, I sent her the proof of payment and she promised to get back to me regarding why the debit order did not go off. I hear nothing. The next day AGAIN a different lady calls me saying I am in arrears. I tell her exactly what I told the previous lady and said "Please let me know when the money has been allocated and why the debit order did not go off. Again, Nothing! Today, I get a message from my bank that Absa has payed the money BACK to my account. Yet, they call me AGAIN saying I am in arrears. What is going on???? Do you want me to pay or not????
