Payment gone through but not received

I am working in Sierra Leone and divorced, I am supposed to make payment for my child's maintenance every month as ordered by the court. I made payment to my ex wife on the 29/02/2016 and did it as an immediate payment. Till date she has not received the money in her Capitec account. Since I am not in country she and my mother had to phone absa everyday to find out what is happening with this payment and they have not received any help from Absa. All is verified with her that the money is paid into the correct account and the money has been deducted from my own account. but she has not received anything. Please sort this out quickly absa as she will sue me for the slightest thing and I will hold absa liable for the payment of the lawyers and my time, I have done my part Absa now do yours or lose a client of 16 years.
