Payment for a transaction on Credit Card Budget Fa

Calles ABSA Private Bank, telephone banking system & asked the consultant to process an amount on my Budget Facility for payment over 18 months.<br> He rep**** that there is NO stop-order facility to pay this amount - what **** !!!!!!<br> This now requires me to go into an ABSA Bank to have this transaction processed. Why are these consultants employed when they are unable to assist customers/clients.
