Payment arrangements

Ever since look down I've been communicating and arranging payment with about. I recently found out when I wanted to arrange payment that they have handed me over to the attorney without notifying me.

I laid a complaint and i was promised that i will get a feed back that is 3 weeks ago and no one has contacted me.

Now i got and sms letter threatening me about legal action even i had an arrangement with the attorney about payment my payment.

I've been complaining but it seems like no one cares about their clients even though I'm in communication with them.

This is absolutely unacceptable since I've been client with absa for the past 18 years is my loyalty means nothing to them.

Is my communication useless.

Where can a person get client assistance if the people of Absa it self dont wanna assist?

I hope this will be fixed.

No they tell me my complaint has been closed How No one called me.
