Payment arrangement - no assistance

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>We are in the process of losing our vehicle and have tried for the last 4 days to be in contact with Absa with no luck. The vehicle is on my fiance's name and we want to arrange payments and to pay the outstanding amount because we caannot afford to loose our transport and will do anything to keep it. However I phoned Johannes ********** at Absa who refused to help me because I do not have power of attorney,I then asked him to please phone my fiance as he does not have access to phone and this is urgent. He simply refused to assist and said we must phone them. I need this transport for work and have just started working and want to help with the payments so we can catch up on everything but no one wants to assist. Please can someone phone my Fiance Jaco van der merwe ********** 112 , and prefereably someone who is willing to help someone who is trying to make a plan to pay.</p>
