Payment arrangement ignored...AGAIN

Absa has once again deducted 3 times the payment arrangement that i agreed to on my personal loan. This is the 6 - 7 time this has happened although each month i remind them about the payment arrangement. When will this bank starting getting it right and only deduct the agreement amounts. This is very unprofessional. Please resolve the issue urgently.
