Paying the car that has now been financed by wesbank

I have a problem with ABSA, according to my knowledge a NaTis document can only be provided once the car has been paid up, my car DP 56 XM GP has now been financed with Wesbank whilst I am still paying the car with ABSA, my “ car ” has a new owner and the new owner has been financed by Wesbank, how does this happen? How is it possible that the car is paid twice to 2 different providers by 2 different people? How did Wesbank managed to get hold of the papers unless ABSA gave them something which shows the car has been paid up? I need some clarity as I don’t want to pay this car anymore since it’s no longer in my position. My ID no : *** Cell number : ***
