Paying for a cancelled warranty!!!

It is the 3rd month that I have requested a warranty from innvation group to be taken from my vehicle finance account. This warranty has expired in October 2022 already yet im still paying for it this month the warranty has again been deducted and my scratch and dent cover has been removed!! I did not request this, the last communication was that the warranty amount of R10 000 will be reimbursed on my account as I havent claimed and be cancelled on my vehicle account, I called innovation group and they confirmed that my warranty is cancelled, what am I still paying for? And why is my scratch and dent cover cancelled? I need answers and I am fed up I cant waste airtime everytime for poor service!!! If I dont pay this account absa will know where to find me but now that I am owed an explaination they are dragging their feet, this absolutely unacceptable!!!! Ref nr ***4
