Pay shap false app

They introduced Pay shap system,it was nice and user friendly until 3 of my payments i did for my sister and Mother,the money was never received ,Absa is not willing to help me to get my money back,i did not send the pay snap on the wrong number, it was not even my first time using it,all along was working fine but now the people im trying to send them money they never revived it,ABSA does not want to trace exactly where is my Money,please becaref don't trust that thing of theirs called Pay shap
