Pay Back The Money

An amount of R1146 was debited from my credit card on the 04/05/2015.<br> <br> I would like to dispute the amount as I did not make any online purchases from such a company and haven't even used the credit card in the month of May 2015.<br> <br> I would appreciate if the amount could be returned to the credit card with immediate effect.<br> <br> I have been in contact with different departments in your company that could not assist me being the ***** team on *** and *** team which proved to be a waste of airtime.<br> <br> My credit card is paid every month without defaults, my point being that you do not have to chase me to pay my account so I do not wish to chase you to do your part.
