Patrick Mbatha should be at every branch

I just wanted to highlight Mr Mbatha's amazing customer service that he never fails to deliver!! ON every occasion I have visited Cresta's branch he has been my knight in shining armour and has never failed to help me and get me sorted and with the most pleasant attitude I have ever come across! He always looks to see who can be helped when no one is at his desk and to make the other queues go as quickly as possible. That being said thank you so much Patrick for making a trip to the bank a lot less painful than it used to be!!! :)
