Patiently not waiting

<p>This is probably my umpteenth time i have complaint about ABSA Insurance that is not responding to my request via email or hellopeter.I have send numerous emails to your email support about the contractors that have yet to materialise after their iniatial visit to my premises.That visit was about two months ago and they have yet to make any communication.They didnt leave any contact numbers or take our details.Its me as the client that is suffering due to poor service delivery from your part!!!!</p>
