PATHETIC/NO SERVICE!!!!

ABSA ACTIVATE does not answer their calls. I have called on ***. Wait time is over 1 hour before i have to eventually drop the call. I have emailed twice on activateadmin@absa with no reply. This is pathetic on their part. A call back is REQUIRED. My car is going in for repairs tomorrow and i need a courtesy car to be arranged but they do not answer on any platforms.
