So the area that I lived in endured severe storm damage +-2 weeks ago. I than sent a mail to do a claim with Absa Insurance. After over 10 calls finally a building assessor came out but not the glass assessor. My house is in shambles due to the damage with leaking roofs broken walls and cracked windows and still no solution. Every month the installments are paid on time yet to receive help it takes this long and this many calls. I NEED MY HOME SORTED ASAP. I HAVE 2 SMALL KIDS AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
