Pathetic worst service from absa insurance

Absa insurance is the worst to ever deal with I'm.having so much of problems after the kzn storm my bussiness is closed each and everyday I'm closed I'm losing bussiness still waiting on my claim which is still not getting sorted out cliam no *** bond is with absa bank insurance taken out by absa bank my house also damaged by the storm still waiting everyday about 10 calls I make to absa insurance only given the run around cliam no *** waiting over 1month everyday is a storie with absa insurance and all this property are on bond with absa never expected this service from.absa athe worst ever why did absa not let me take out my own dam insurance out on my property's I dont think I would be having to deal with this problem
