PATHETIC!!!! Where's the so-called account security???????

I am BEYOND fed up with your we-do-not-care attitude, Absa! For years now a debit order for R82.15 has been going off my account and I have been trying to stop or cancel the order via my log in. Funny how I could easily cancel an ABSA debit order (as a test) but not the suspicious debit! I EVENTUALLY received a reply from Absa stating I need to contact the company and tell them to stop the order as certain orders can not be cancelled via internet banking. OK, so legit debit orders can but suspicious orders have free access to my accounts? HELLOOOOOO, I have tried my utmost to track down this so called company from the debit order description and it does not exist!!!!! Would the only way to cancel this be to close my ABSA account???????!!!!!
