Pathetic ,unreliable and ************* service

Once again ABSA is completely out of touch. They appointment unprofessional and unqualified contractors to do their Insurance work. They don't follow up and don't monitor the progress, or take any action against the Contractor. It's all just a **** to get your premium and then they will look for any excuse to NOT honor the claim. The last claim we had was denied without good reason, when other insurers were queried for the same issue they were all happy to pay. Now we sit with a leaking Geyser for 3 weeks and Absa as usual is pathetically not present. The worst and riskiest Insurance you can buy.
