Pathetic unbelievable service of them all !

<p>So I quickly ran to my nearest Absa branch in centurion , the one close/near to the mall to release funds in my target save as I need the cash .</p> <p>Then I get there wait in a customer service queue like I would usually do to my surprise and after having to have waited for a ****** awesome 30mins , all I get is a "oh u have to go to our sales consultant to release your funds immediately " . I get there I find free consultant looking busy on their work stations however here is this poor guy sitting and not being attended to - so I rather decide to ask the receptionist for some help , only then we are attended to .</p> <p>Now funny enough for this "angry" sales consultant or should I say financial advisor for doing her job with a very stinky attitude closes my account not willing to help , so irate and without giving me what I want -which is my flippen cents in the account , now I can't inter-transfer my money cause between my accounts cause of the pathetic service @$?# my acc status is Closed , I don't want hard cash I wanna swipe "MY" money and all I get is an error . <br /> <br />So ****ed !</p> <p>Is Absa about who walks in and how they look or is it about all clients and providing best service ..</p> <p>Absa Centurion Mall must fall</p> <p>Regards<br />Mpho</p> <p>Sent from my iPhone</p>
