Pathetic staff

I was at your Gansbaai branch today. I patiently stood in the que, waiting for my turn. OK Foods came in to get change and was helped immediately. I want to know how that works. Why must I stand in a que while OK can be helped immediately and pushed right to the front of the que? I also have a business, but do not get priority service. I asked the pathetic staff why they get priority service while the rest of us must wait and I was just laughed at by your pathetic staff. I will visit your Gansbaai branch just one more time and that will be to close my 8 accounts that I have with absa.
