Pathetic SOPs

<p>KC branch absa teller upstairs swipped by aunts card for the reason being the ATM is fualty. She is Canadian as well. Long story short they did not want to return her card due to verification issues. She was able to produce all her documents . But still no luck. After an hour of discussing why they apparently can't give her card back to her. The lady called some people. And then story changed. This minor inconvenience caused us to forfit an appointment and loose money. I don't think that we will recommend using absa bank if you are an international citizen.</p>
