PATHETIC SERVICE. WORST BANK I HAVE DEALT WITH

Terrible service from this bank. I currently have car finance with you, I was unfortunately retrenched, I have been trying for over a week for someone to guide me on the process to transfer the loan to another family member. Pathetic service, everytime I call I am told to do the incorrect thing and transferred from one department to the other without any resolution to the problem. Thank God I don't bank with this bank and it's only a car finance with you.
