Pathetic Service with misleading information

So i emailed Absa to reverse 2 debit orders as both was cancelled the one debit check was R300 on the app it states you can reverse a debit order of R500 or less well that you cannot do via the app. I email Absa and got the below message. Absa Bank you guys are really pathetic. Please close this Absa account as i have had endless issues with Absa.

Furthermore, please note that absa will not reverse any Debi check debit orders regardless of the amount. For help contact the merchant directly.
