Pathetic service to 42 year long customer-would not recommend to anyone ever again!

On 30 Sept I made a R20K payment into a wrong account at ABSA, one of my vehicle finance accounts which are paid up. As of 1 October i have been struggling to get this amount refunded to me. My medical aid is on hold, vehicle insurance, debit orders bounced etc. and i have no money to use!!!!!! after numerous reference numbers, email correspondence and so forth this has not been refunded to my account. Each time the whole issue must be discussed for assistance only to hear they are investigating the matter, after i received the request has been processed. I have been a client for 42 YEARS and this is the level of service I receive. I am utterly disappointed in you and will not refer you to anyone ever again as they will receive the same pathetic service because of a honest mistake. Refund my money so that my life can go on.
