Pathetic service still waiting on absa

Absa insurance is the worst insurance company to ever insure with going on 2 months with my claim.claim no *** which this building is the verge of collapsing which is gona claim lives when it do and absa bank still waiting for what to sort this claim out property on bond with absa still noting I will hold absa insurance fully liable when this happens which they playing with people's lives instead of sorting the claim out finding every dam excuse not to settle which shows the building has split in 2 half what more they need waiting for it to fall and kill innocent lives fed up
