Pathetic Service Pathetic Bank.
Sent an application to home loans for a bond re-finance over a month ago. Get an email now stating nothing but my case has been closed, please rate ABSA's service. Never been phoned, emailed or had any correspondence at all from ABSA with regards to this, but its closed. Pathetic service from a Pathectic bank.
