Pathetic Service Musina Mall branch

App**** for credit card, was told they would phone me when credit card is there , and NO ONE called me I had to call and find out it is there , and like some other user also stated had to SIT IN and WAIT to collect it , same thing happened when my debit card expired was promised they would phone me and guess WHAT NOTHING NO ONE phoned me , now I app**** for Loan at Musina branch told they would phone me and GUESS What NO ONE PHONED me checked online banking and now the loan says EXPIRED , TRULLY PATHETIC service from Musina Branch Absa , making promises to call one and then NEVER get back to one
