Pathetic service levels

Can anyone tell me whether ABSA still exists? I emailed their premium banking line a week ago and still have not received a response. Sent a complaint this morning and still no action. I do not have time to call them and use their suggested email channel, but nothing. Heaven forbid I needed urgent assistance. Very poor service indeed.
