Pathetic service - leaves you standing to take lunch and problem not resolved

Shocking how ABSA employees stop assisting a person to take lunch when they have not finished helping the client saying "It is lunchtime, You will be helped after lunch" before walking off leaving client standing. Obviously a person would then walk off to an apposing bank, open an account there and move over to them. Pathetic how customer who pay their salaries get such poor service. Time to change where service is better
