Pathetic service from your home loans department.. I still await a response 40+ days later as an absa home loan client

As one of the larger banks how do you just choose to ignore customer requests and queries. Yet in the same breath you successfully debit accounts.

Surely customer service does not exists in the absa culture or the way things are done.

Your automatic mails state it will take 2 working days for the query to be attended to due to high volumes?? It's been what 40 plus days??? Pathetic
