Pathetic service from Absa Home Loans
I now remember why I had originally taken my transactional account away from Absa! Their service is terrible! I have been trying to get an advance on our existing home loan with them since October, with no meaningful outcome in sight. I am referred from one person to another, with different stories every time. Very disappointing service!!!!
