Pathetic service from ABSA home insurance

I have never in my life received such poor service as I am receiving (and have received) from ABSA home insurance. Lodged a claim on the 30th of August for my geyser and have to date not received a phone call or email regarding my claim. This is not the first time this year when dealing with the home loan insurance division. I spend my time and money calling this absolute waste of a company and their *********** staff and I am paying for a service that is just there for show. ( No wonder their hellopeter rating is 1,5 stars. Why should I put myself through this when there are plenty of banks who would want my business. DO NOT DEAL WITH ABSA PERIOD!!!!!!!

I currently have 3 x Bonds, a current account, and a credit card, and have been a client for more than 20 years but this ends today. I will find a financial institution that wants to do business.
