Pathetic service from Absa HOC claims.
I lodged my first claim after 8 years with absa insurance. After 2 weeks, nothing has happened. I tried to find a resolution, but Nathan from their call center says it will take another 7 days. Pathetic service from Absa and their Managers who never get back to you.

13 Nov 2023, 14:50Do not bother. I have made up my mind and already have quotes from other companies to take over the insurance. I rather pay more than deal with ABSA's pathetic service.
