Pathetic service from Absa Estates Department- 2 Years and waiting!!!!!!!!!!!

its is more than 2 years now and my Dad's Estate has yet to be wound up. Absa is the executor of his Will and we cannot get any feedback from anyone as to how much longer it will take . This is absolutely ridiculous now!
